Assessment of the implementation of the parliamentary election 2017

The Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation wishes to enter into a contract for the assessment of the implementation of the parliamentary election 2017. The objective of the assessment is to evaluate the quality of the services the Constituency directorate is providing the municipalities and counties in connection with the implementation of the election, and receive input for the preparation of the governing parameters that are to be included in future contract awards.
The evaluation shall be delivered in the form of a report that shall be completed by 31.1.2018. Due to the time schedule for contract award for the Constituency directorate, an interim report with input for governing parameters shall be presented by 15.11.2017.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The estimated value of the contract is not binding for the contracting authority. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to option for any further purchase as required, in excess of both the given budget and time frame. Any further purchases will be remunerated by the hour, in accordance with the submitted hourly rate.
