White paper 33 (2015-2016) NAV in a new era — for work and activity (the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs 2016) was presented in Spring 2016, and parliamentary approval in Autumn 2016 lay the framework for the development of the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration in the future. The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs wants to examine how the sub-strategies and measure in the White Paper have been implemented and manifested in the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration. The objective of the examination is more knowledge about the implementation and effects of politics in a complex organisation as the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration.
