The assignment is to be carried out as a turnkey contract NS 8407.
The alteration of Vestlivegen is to meet the needs that the college has for amalgamating all of its pupils in 1 building.
The college will be in operation during the construction period and the work must be organised in to Parts 1, 2 and 3.
Pupils and teachers must be given other areas within the college premises during the construction period, which will require adaptations to the college plan (exams, etc.) and the progress plan.
