The objective of the tender contest is to enter into parallel framework agreements for consultancy services for the field Area and Community planning, in accordance with the Planning and building Act. This may e.g. include preparation of risk and vulnerability analyses, impact assessments, zoning plans, landscape plans, infrastructure plans, etc.

Regarding the original estimated total value of the contract /sub-contract, excluding VAT.: The contracting authority has estimated the total value of the contract to be 8 000 000 NOK for the agreement period of two years, with the possibility to extend for 1 year + 1 year (totalling 4 years). I.E. The contracting authority has estimated the annual value to be 2 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. Regarding the lowest and highest tender offers taken into consideration, excluding VAT.: The lowest value, 20 880 NOK and highest value, 27 100 NOK as in the price quotation form that the contracting authority has prepared for the competition, and which the tenderers completed and submitted. The price indication form was based on hours and an hourly price. There are guidelines for ordering/call-offs under 200 000 NOK excluding VAT, where the tenderers shall request a ranked order. The tenderer ranked as nº 1 shall be requested first, in regard of capacity, thereafter the tenderer ranked as nº 2, etc. For ordering /call-offs over 200 000 excluding VAT, all 6 tenderers on the framework agreement shall be asked.
