The Municipal undertaking for social service buildings is a municipal enterprise owned by Oslo municipality to develop, build, operate, and maintain purpose-built buildings. The Municipal undertaking for social service buildings has currently 200 permanent employees and approx. 40 hired consultants in connection with the Undertaking's construction projects. The Municipal undertaking for Social Service Buildings shall relocate to Grenseveien 78 at Helsfyr in December 2018. The objective of this contract is to plan and implement relocation of 240 office places in a safe and reliable manner in such a way that the relocation process results in as little as possible loss of service production.

5. Tenderers shall have very good experience from equivalent contracts. Including experience with i.e:
- Public contracting authorities.
- Relocation of activities with approx. 200 employees or more.
6. The tenderer shall have a well-functioning quality assurances system adapted to the content of the contract.
