The Contracting Authority would like to enter into a parallel framework agreements that shall cover the procurement co-operation in Nord-Østerdalen's need for ICT equipment in the contract period. The agreement shall include the following equipment: — Laptops and accessories thereof, — Stationary computers and accessories thereof, — Tablets and accessories thereof, — Printers and scanners, — Servers, backup systems and network, — Audio-visual equipment, — Software. Further information about the content of the procurement is given in part III SSA-K annex 1; the contracting authority's specifications.

Qualification Requirements:
Tenderers shall have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation Requirement:
Tax and VAT certificate. The certificate shall not be more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The certificate can be electronically obtained from Altinn. Go to skatteetaten.no for further information
Foreign tenderers:
Foreign tenderers shall present equivalent certificates from the country in which they are established, demonstrating that they have settled tax and VAT conditions. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue these certificates, the tenderer shall submit a declaration which states that all taxes and duties have been paid. The declaration shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/ person responsible for Finances.

Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
