The Brønnøysund Register Centre

The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall enter into a 3-year contract for the procurement of dealer services for the database system PostgreSQL. The contract shall cover the contracting authority's requirements for support and maintenance services, other services and accompanying supplementing products that the dealer can offer. The contract, with existing terms, shall have an unilateral option for the Brønnøysund Register Centre to extend the contract for a further 1+1+1+1 year. The options for extensions will automatically be in force unless the Brønnøysund Register Centre chose to conclude the contract within 1 month at the latest before it expires.

In order to participate in the tender contest, the tenderer must together with the tender submit:
— Tax and VAT certificate.
— Company Registration Certificate.
— HSE self- declaration (annex 5 shall be completed).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must enclose the annual accounts and the auditor confirmed accounting figures for 2015 and 2016. Tenderers can also enclose recent information that is of relevance for the company's accounting figures.
The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit assessment of the tenderer from Bisnode.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
—A description of how the tenderer is organised for fulfilling these types of contracts, annex 3 is to be completed.
— A good description of the general quality assurance system that the tenderer will use for comply with the contractual obligations, annex 3 is to be completed.
— Documentation showing that the tenderer is a certified partner for PostgreSQL / PostgreSQL Advanced Server. Annex 3 is to be completed.
— Tenderers shall enclose an overview of all of the important contracts involving deliveries of PostgreSQL / PostgreSQL Advanced Server for the last 3 years, of an equivalent financial scope and extent to what is offered here. Annex 2 ‘Overview of equivalent assignments’ is to be completed. The contracting authority shall be able to contact the stated contact persons and the necessary contact information shall therefore be provided.

Objektive utvelgelseskriterier:
The contracting authority will invite minimum 3 and maximum 4 qualified tenderers to submit tenders. Cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 8-6 (1). Regardless, this is not an obstacle to inviting fewer tenderers in instances where there is not a sufficient number of tenderers who fulfil the qualification requirements.
