The contract includes cleaning services, hereunder regular and periodical cleaning. Special cleaning and external window cleaning are not included in the agreement.
The contract has an estimated value of NOK 175 000 000 per year. The estimate is only a guideline and is without obligation for the Contracting Authority. The estimate includes call-offs against the framework agreement by carrying out internal mini-contest during the contract period.
Previous co-procurement agreements have been entered into for the area, and the agreement can have an agreement period of up to 4 years.
The Contracting Authority will enter into 8 to 10 parallel framework agreements to ensure that the need for cleaning services covered.
The contracts are for units in Oslo municipality that do not carry out their own cleaning.
Oslo municipality has separate agreements for the delivery of i.a. soft paper, soap, plastic and disposable products required for the cleaning service.
