The contracting authority requests tenders for the delivery of a camera system for Automatic Traffic Enforcement System (henceforth also referred to as ATK) with accompanying services. Tenders shall be submitted for a system that includes point by point ATK and ATK for stretches.
The procurement includes the camera equipment and other required equipment along roads, for installation in existing cabinets and infrastructure, as well as required systems for servers for image processing, databases, etc. The procurement also includes client software for operation and maintenance of the systems along roads and for servers, as well as image processing case work.
The procurement includes some development works during the contract period for further development of the system's technical solutions.
The objective of the procurement is to continue and further develop the Automatic Traffic Enforcement Camera System (ATK), which is one of the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's traffic safety tool on Norwegian roads.
