The system shall i.a. support efficient and digital distribution and calculations of work assignments and their scope, simplifying deviation management, documenting additional work and the execution of INSTA controls, use and follow-up of current/new draft based cleaning plans, time and price calculations, changing/updating drafts, type of rooms, work methods and procedures, generating reports for i.a. control and benchmarking, and message functionality.

The system must be drawing based — room drawings with defined INSTA levels shall be the general ‘working arena’ on the tablet for cleaners. The contract shall include digitalisation of existing drafts and plans for approx. 150 000 m

The total contract value is approx. 2 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The contract period is 4 years, including licenses, implementation, training and support. The volume is an estimate and, thus, not binding. See part 2, requirement specifications, for further information.

Lots and alternative tenders

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.

The contracting authority has considered splitting the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable.

In Section ‘II.2.7) Duration of the contract’ the duration is estimated to 36 months. Cf. SSA-L, point 3.1 The reason for stating the duration is technical, as the information thereof is obligatory. The contracting authority emphasises that this is a time indefinite contract. Cf. the Public Procurement Regulations §5-4(12)b. The contract can last for more than 36 months in accordance with the terms in SSA-L, point 3.1.

The system shall i.a support efficient and digital distribution and calculations of work assignments and their scope, simplifying deviation management, documenting additional work and the execution of INSTA controls, use and follow-up of current /new draft based cleaning plans, time and price calculations, changing /updating drafts, type of rooms, work methods and procedures, generating reports for i.a. control and benchmarking, and message functionality.

The system must be drawing based - room drawings with defined INSTA levels shall be the general “working arena” on the tablet for cleaners. The contract shall include digitalisation of existing drafts and plans for approx. 150 000 m² cleaning areas. The software shall be available both online and offline on each cleaner’s tablet. The contracting only wish to procure the operation system. The tablets will be procured through a separate procurement agreement. Support for smaller adaptations shall also be included in the agreement.
