The contracting authority has decided to divide the assignment in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §19-2. The supply contract for light fittings is published as a framework agreement in a separate tender notice, and the electrical installation services as a separate framework agreement.

A separate agreement template for transfer of contract is available in annex 6 and must be seen in relation to point 16.1 in Annex 2 a.

The initial areas are prioritised places as well as general lighting inside the Kvadraturen area. This means that the tender contest includes installation of fittings for wire stretch and assembly of pylons, as well as a specified selection of special fittings. The assignment will also include accompanying ‘net prep’ (upgrading/replacement of electric infrastructure) in the areas subject to measures. All excavation works shall be executed by the Agency for Urban Environment's framework agreement contractors.

Admission to Hafslund's high-voltage plant is required in connection with execution of the assignment. The tenderer shall have personnel with the required admission card for Hafslund's facilities (See the qualification requirements, point 1.3.8).

Beskrivelse av fornyelser: 2 extensions of 12 months.
