75012 RH BAR Newborn Screening SCID PRE and POST PCR pipetting robot

Oslo Universitetssykehus HF [Oslo University Hospital] shall procure a PRE and a POST PCR pipetting robot. The newborn screening annually received over 60 000 blood samples collected on filter cards for investigation for 23 congenital diseases and follow up of patients with PKU. In early 2018 the tender will be expanded with two new conditions (SCID and HMG). In order to automate preparation of the sample material, the newborn screening shall procure a robotised pipetting system for flexible, exact and quick pipetting to routines and research assignments. The system shall primarily be used with PCR related methods.
The contracting authority wants a tender offer on a Pre PCR robot. This shall primarily be used to set up TREC analyses and possibly prepping of the NGS library before the first PCR. The contracting authority also wants tender offers on Post sequencing on MiSeq and Ion Torrent PGM. Open solution consumables - plates and reagents.
