Gjøvik Town Hall is being completely renovated. This renovation also includes the installation of AV system that shall make office life easier and enable paperless public administration.
As a part of this, all work rooms and meeting rooms shall be equipped with display screens, audio and systems that make it easy to share information, documents, present and revise them and work together on the same display screen and platform.
The town hall consists of 7 floors with open-plan offices and work rooms and meeting rooms for internal meetings and forms of cooperation.

Kort beskrivelse:

The same floor shall house the municipal executive board room and the municipal council room, with requirements for display screens for large gatherings, as well as an option for dividing rooms into several parts with individual functions and a joint function in large room format. There shall be speech-audio for large gatherings, as well as audio for co-use with pictures and podium functions and moderator functions from the chair of the meeting. All rooms with AV systems shall have an appropriate control system for selecting sources and display format, if this is deemed as necessary for quick and simple use. It shall be possible to stream audio and pictures in HD format form several premises.

The building shall be controlled by and with a visitor registration system and there shall be a joint booking system for meeting rooms that shall be integrated in the booking and calendar functions on the users' IT system.

There shall be a display system for information with several display formats and content.

The estimated contract value is 6 000 000 — 7 000 000 NOK. This estimate is only for information and it is not binding for the contracting authority.
