The ground consists of moraine matter. The supporting system under the ground is a concrete ring wall as well as foundations for supporting walls above. Concrete floor on the ground. The extent of the outdoor work is limited by a strip of asphalt by the ring wall. The other extents are to be clarified at a later date.

The multi-purpose hall and the accompanying changing rooms shall have a wooden main supporting system as well as secondary support form wooden elements in the roof, the walls as well as grandstands shall be wooden.
