2017-81 — Framework agreement audio visual equipment (AV equipment)

The procurement is for AV equipment and any accompanying services. It also includes upgrading AV equipment for construction projects (complete room). Mainly for use in classrooms, meeting rooms and auditoriums. The offered equipment shall be new/unused and future orientated.
The contracting authority will sign a framework agreement with one (1) tenderer (provided that there is a suitable supplier). The different contracting authorities will join the framework agreement on the same terms, but will sign separate contracts with the chosen tenderer.
Tenderers must be able to provide all the requested AV equipment and accompanying services.
The framework agreement will cover all AV products for the contracting authority that are mentioned in the tender documentation, including annexes and appendices. Limitations, see below.

Kort beskrivelse:

The equipment shall fulfil all the requirements for professional use.

Most of the delivery is expected to be equipment and the deliveries will mainly be for teaching purposes and meeting rooms. The equipment is mainly audio and picture systems and control systems.

Limitations:

— Monitors that shall be used as PC monitors (by individual employees/pupils) will not be included in the framework agreement.

— TVs can be procured outside the framework agreement.

— The contracting authority can choose to procure AV equipment for major construction projects via the contractor outside the framework agreement, or as a separate procurement.

— Cables that are procured as individual products (without assembly) can be procured from the framework agreement supplier, or outside the framework agreement.

— Lamps/light bulbs for projectors/card throwers/ultra-card throwers etc., which the contracting authority replaces itself can be procured outside the framework agreement.

— The deliveries do not include cinemas, arts centres etc. in the municipalities.

The tenderer shall tell the contracting authority of new models and new technology, as well as contributing to needs analyses and mapping improvement possibilities.

The contracting authority refers to the public procurement regulations § 19-4 Division of Procurements and justifies here why this competition cannot be divided up into lots. The contracting authority believes that the products and services in this procurement belong together as it must be possible to order them set up as a complete room and programmed together and controlled by control systems.

A tax and VAT certificate is required, not older than six months from the tender deadline.
