2017/221 Procurement of a High End CT lab for the Accident and Emergency Department at St. Olavs Hospital HF

The contracting authority would like tenders for a CT for the accident and emergency department, picture diagnostics clinic.
The CT machine shall be a ‘high-end’ machine that will be used for examining all organ systems with an emphasis on trauma and acute conditions. It shall be suitable for cardiovascular examinations, including coronary arteries, acute strokes and examinations of unclear conditions and trauma with dual energy. In addition to examining patients from casualty, it will also be used to examine admitted patients.
The CT machine shall be in operation 24 hours a day.
The estimated value of the procurement is between 15 000 000 — 18 000 000 NOK including VAT and alteration costs.
The contracting authority reserves the right to reject tenders that exceed the agreed finances.
