A large number of the buildings are listed, and building and renovation work for these buildings will have to be carried out in accordance with the antiquarian guidelines and in co-operation with Riksantikvaren [The Directorate for Cultural Heritage]. Tenderers shall have relevant expertise and experience in the field.

The individual assignments will vary in size and content, and will be of short and long duration. Assignments may be awarded in all phases of a project. Please note that a significant amount of the work will occur in the assembly free period, i.e. in the period from 20 June to and including 30 September each year. The tenderer who is awarded the contract must reckon on an immediate start-up after the contract has been signed.
The individual assignments will vary in size and content, and will be of short and long duration. Assignments may be awarded in all phases of a project.
