The professional operation and development of buildings is one of four main priority areas for the strategy period 2014-2018. According to the Norwegian Parliament's strategy plan, the Norwegian Parliament's buildings shall be operated and managed professionally in an environmentally friendly way and an optimum use of the buildings shall be ensured through systematic analyses.
The Property Management Section needs a FDVU support system to plan and carry out daily and periodic operational and maintenance assignments, with a focus on professional operation of buildings.
There is a need for a joint standard support system so that all the information is in one place for easier retrieval and interaction.

The procured system must be well-established and a standard system where the need for adaptations is minimal. The system must be ready developed and mature enough to be put quickly into production in the contracting authority's environment.

The contract is for the procurement and ongoing maintenance of the system for its lifetime. The stated contract period is six years, which is also the basis for the evaluation.
