The objective of the procurement is new websites for Vestfold fylkeskommune and a good operations and maintenance agreement. Vestfold fylkeskommune hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a user oriented, modern and future oriented website solution with a high degree of flexibility to meet future challenges. The solution should facilitate for future form systems. Competition on form solutions shall be carried out separately, and shall be integrated with internet solution in order to comply with the expectations on digital communication with residents.
The tenderer selected should be a good consultant in all phases of the project.

Redesign and implementation of all VFK's websites.

Procurement of new websites for Vestfold fylkeskommune, with associated operations and maintenance agreement.
Vestfold fylkeskommune (VFK) invites suppliers of Episerver CMS to submit tender offer on new, future oriented and user friendly websites, as well as operations and maintenance of the solution.
Prior to the competition, a dialogue conference was held along with follow-up meetings with potential tenderers. Input throughout the market dialogue has contributed to creating the foundation for the competition and the requirement specification.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make changes that can occur as a result of the region reform. With changes to the county structure, individual participants will be able to cancel/change the agreement with a minimum of one months written notice. Furthermore, we reserve the right to make changes, such as changes to the organisation number etc., without the agreement being affected.

The Contracting Authority expected to have the contract signed with tenderers before the end of June, with an anticipated project start date of 7.8.2017. The operations and maintenance agreement will start on the launch date. Tentative start up date: 1.1.2018.
