NAV Hjelpemiddelsentral Oslo og Akershus (the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Service), Bilsenter Østlandet hereafter called the contracting authority, hereby invites tenderers to an open tender competition in connection with the procurement of collection and auction sales of second-hand vehicles etc.
The contracting authority estimates that approx. 350 cars and 20 trailers will be sold under auction under this contract per annum. In addition approx. 50 cars and 30 trailers will be delivered to new NAV users after having been delivered by/collected from the NAV user (recycling).
We anticipate the value of the contract will be around NOK 1,500,000 per year excluding VAT. If all options are used, the contract value over 4 years will presumably be around NOK 6.000,000 excluding VAT.
