Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Company Registration Certificate.
The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tax/VAT.
Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation: Tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months.
Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.
Credit Rating.
The tenderer is required to be financially solvent, which gives the contracting authority the security that the tenderer will be financially viable throughout the period of the agreement.
The minimum requirement for credit worthiness is rating A or equivalent that confirms that the tenderer is credit worthy.
Documentation: An extended report from a publicly certified credit rating company that includes a credit rating of the tenderer — typically given by a letter or short text as well as an explanation of this. The report shall include, amongst other things, the auditor's report, negative payment remarks, accounts and any history. The report shall be based on the last known accounting figures.

The date must be clearly stated. Norwegian companies that submit a tender on behalf of a foreign company shall enclose such a certificate with a credit rating degree for the Norwegian company.

— Statement of the company's turnover for the last few years having bearing on this contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Authorisation/concession.
Tenderers shall document fulfilment of the Insurance Mediation Act dated 10.6.2005 no. 41 and the regulations on insurance mediation dated 9.12.2005 no. 1421.
Tenderers shall document registration at the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Board, either by a copy of the registration/certificate, or by submitting equivalent documentation.
Liability insurance.
Tenderer shall have liability insurance as described in the Insurance Mediation Act dated 10.6.2005 no. 41 and the regulations on insurance mediation dated 9.12.2005 no. 1421.
Tenderers shall enclose a copy of an insurance certificate for suitable valid liability insurance, or submit equivalent documentation.

Experience
Significant experience from similar assignments is required.
Overview of the tenderer's manpower/organisation plan and relevant competence and experience that the tenderer has or plans to have for the execution of this assignment. Documented by CVs and other relevant descriptions.
The tenderer's most important deliveries (in the last 3 years), including their value, time frame and recipient, with contact information.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Quality assurance.
Tenderers are required to have a satisfactory quality assurance system.
Documentation: An account of the tenderer's quality assurance system/management system. Presentation of certificates or other documentation on the quality assurance system.
Sub-suppliers.
Tenderers shall carry out work for this assignment with their own personnel.
Confirmation that all work under this contract will be carried out by the tenderer's own personnel.
