1.1 Brief orientation on the contracting authority.
The competition has the following contracting authorities:
Elverum municipality,
Hamar municipality,
Hedmark County,
Løten municipality,
Stange municipality.
Hamar municipality is included with the following underlying entities:
Ankerskogen swimming pool,
Hamar Cinema.
Each individual contracting authority will join the contract on the same terms and will enter into separate contracts with the chosen supplier.
The following contracting authorities will enter into the contract for Hedmark county: Hedmark Trafikk FKF (organisation no. 981 522 427) Hedmark fylkeskommune Blæstad AS (organisation No 991 509 658. Anno museum AS (org. No 994 933 272) Teater Innlandet AS (organisation No 995 489 686) Stiftelsen Kunstbanken (organisation No 981,135 865).

1.2 Number of suppliers
A framework agreement shall be signed with 1 tenderer.
It will not be seen as appropriate to divide up the contract between several tenderers, as the market consists of suppliers who have the capacity to deliver for the entire contract.
1.3 Contract period
Framework agreement for two — 2 — years. The Contracting Authority shall have a unilateral right to extend the contract for a further 1+1 years. If the contract will not be extended, written notification will be given at least 3 months before the contract period expires.
