The objective of the procurement is to sign a service agreement for maintenance and inspections for a total of 200 lifts as specified in Annex 3 A Lift Overview STOLAV B Lift Overview HMR, C Lift Overview HNT — Price Sheets. The lifts are distributed across several health companies/hospitals, and it is important to ensure continual operation of Central Norway Regional Health Authority's lifts. The procurement shall ensure that the necessary lift improvements are made as a result of the service reports, condition reports or as needed.
The procurement also includes improvements and repairs beyond the scheduled service visits as well as the necessary call-outs.
In other words, the request includes a service agreement based on a fixed number of scheduled visit per year, improvement, call-outs and price mark-up on materials.
