Bymiljøetaten is the municipality’s professional body in relation to roads, road traffic and public transport on roads. Bymiljøetaten has the administrative responsibility for the municipal road network, including the standardised county road network and has, amongst other things, responsibility for long term transport planning, traffic and road use plans, traffic safety and plans for accessibility for public transport. An important part of this administrative responsibility is related to the procurement of services for the operation and maintenance of the road network in order to ensure good conditions for all road users.

The aim of this procurement is to renew the asphalt cover on roads, streets, pavements and foot and cycle paths. The work includes the necessary preparatory work such as resetting of curbs and other necessary and appropriate actions in relation to resurfacing. Laying red asphalt in cycle lanes /cycle boxes is included in the assignment. The resurfacing will contribute to raising the quality of the road network and improving safety for road users, as well as giving a better environment with less noise.

The contract work includes resurfacing roads, streets, pavements, foot and cycle paths and selected car parks, as well as all necessary preliminary works related to this. A proposal of how the work is planned in 2018 is available. The proposed roads are listed in annex 5.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
Documentation requirements: Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.
Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit evaluation /rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating institution.
The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit rating if needed.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract /assignment.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Documentation: A description of the technical personnel, particularly those who are responsible for the quality control, that the tenderer has at its disposal for fulfilment of the contract, with information on education and professional qualifications (CV).

An overview of relevant building and construction works that the tenderer has carried out in the last 5 years, together with attestations of satisfactory execution of the most important work.
