NB that the entire tender documentation (all of the documents) must be viewed together and reviewed in detail by the tenderer. All provisions and pre-requisites included in the attached documents are part of the tender and the consequent contract.

The tender consists of four contracts, one of which will be priced as an option. These are:

· Contract A: New construction including TIP and outdoor areas.

· Contract B: Renovation of the existing building (Building A, wing B and wing C).

· Contract C: Demolition (Building A, wing C).

The price for contract D ‘Outdoor Sports Facility’ is to be given as an option.

· Contract D: Outdoor sports facility.

The individual contract are to be priced separately on their own tender forms (ref. Attached chapter E ‘Response Document’) which is compiled on a separate summation form. All contracts, including options are to be included in the sum. The cumulative price for all contracts, including options, amounts to the aware criteria, ref. Requirement Specification, Book 0, Part II, point C3.9.7.

Prices shall be given on all contracts, also on options. Prices are not allowed on lots, or split/divided parts of the contracts.

Prices are not allowed on alternative solutions or performance beyond that described in the competition description, Book 0, Part I.

When invoicing, the works associated with the different contracts (A-D) are to be invoiced separately and on their own project number, that shall be used throughout the entire construction phase. The specific project numbers for each individual contract will be stated at a later point in time.

Th anticipated construction is 18 to 20 months, ref. Requirement Specification, Book 0, Part II, point A3.5.
