The building consists of an administration building with public orientated activities and an inspection hall for large vehicles. The gross area is stipulated to be 667 m

The extent of the technical inspection equipment, user equipment is clarified in the requirement specifications and the accompanying annexes.
Varighet: 15 måneder
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Option 9.1 Digital construction site, minimise needs for physical drawings.
Option 9.2 Automation of the construction site via a drilling-robot. Get practical experience with the use of a drilling robot. Making holes in the ceiling for fixing the technical systems.
Option 9.3 4D (scheduling in a model) and use of RFID-tags.
Option 4 Virtual reality (VR). Get practical experience with the use of VR glasses.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Documentation: Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
Documentation: The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: 1./2. The tenderer is required to have sufficient experience from assignments with comparative value.
Documentation: A description shall be provided of up to 3 reference projects in the last 5 years.
1. with a comparable value, with information on, amongst other things:
— The name of the project.
— Contracting authority.
— The project's size in m
— Type of building.
— The assignment's contract value excluding VAT.
— Type of contract (if this is a turnkey contract, if own employees or sub-contractors have planned the project).
— The firm's assignments/role in the project.
— The start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed — where one is in the project.
2. If the company/companies that shall carry out the design are different than the executing turnkey contractor (or if the reference projects under No 1 are not turnkey contracts where employees of the executing turnkey contractor have designed), the engineering design company/companies who shall carry out the engineering design of the disciplines ARK, RIB, RIBr, RIV, RIE, shall present documentation of up until 3 reference projects with comparative value, with information as stated in point 1 above, as well as in which phases the assignment was performed in.
