Oslo Prison dep. A. Renovation works for roofs.
Tenders for a turnkey partnering contract.
A condition analysis was implemented in 2011. The condition analysis revealed that many of the roof structures have a Building Survey Report of Level 3 (TG3). The Building Survey Report revealed that the buildings have considerable wear and tear on the outer shell, i.e. the external surfaces and buildings show signs of missing maintenance over several years. The buildings' internal and external roofing and cornice plastering are in very poor condition.

The succeeding preliminary project in 2014 continued the condition analysis and presented detailed proposals for a solution on a general level. The preliminary project described a considerable need for maintenance and replacement of buildings parts on the property.

The following works are recommended to be initiated:
"Complete renovation of roofs including chimneys and corneys, gutters/downpipes, roof windows as well as repairs of fungal growth and decay damages".

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The extent of the size will also be emphasised Statsbygg reserves the right to collect a credit appraisal of the tenderers.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers are required to have sufficient professional qualifications for implementation of the assignment, including sufficient experience with assignments of a transferable value to this project.
A description shall be given of reference projects with transferable value, with information on, amongst other things:
- the name of the project.
- contracting authority.
- the project´s size in m2 and cost.
- the type of building, including new buildings or renovation and any listed buildings.
- the assignment´s contract value excluding VAT.
- the tenderer's assignments/role in the project.
- in what phases the assignment was carried out.
- type of contract (partnering, general contracting, etc.).
- the start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed - where one is in the project.
