The Ministry of Culture has given Statsbygg the task of executing a construction project for expansions to the National Library's rock installation in Mo i Rana.
On 14.2.17 the Ministry of Culture gave Statsbygg the task of executing a construction project for expansions to the National Library's rock installations in Mo i Rana.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have sufficient financial implementation ability.
The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with a comparative value.
2. The engineering designers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with a comparative value.
3. Companies that shall provide engineering design services for the disciplines ARK, RIB, RIV and REI are required to have experience in using BIM.
1. Description of up to three reference assignments that the tenderer has carried out in recent years and which have a comparative value to this contract.
The following information must be given for each reference assignment:
— the name of the project
— contracting authority
— the project's size in m² and cost
— type of building and/or installation
— The assignment's contract value excluding VAT
— type of contract (if this is a turnkey contract, if own employees or sub-contractors have planned the project)
— the firm's assignments/role in the project
— the start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed — where one is in the project.
2. If the engineering design services shall be carried out by other companies than the turnkey contractor (the tenderer), the company/companies who shall carry out the engineering design services must document up to three reference projects with a comparative value, in the form of equivalent information as that stated in point 1 above. In addition, information shall be given as to which phases of the project the services were carried out in.

3. Description of up to three reference assignments for each of the companies who shall provide engineering design services for ARK, RIB, RIV and RIE. An account shall be given of the company's assignment and use of BIM in each reference project. In addition information shall be given on the reference assignments that is equivalent to that stated in point 1 above.
