Statsbygg shall construct a new national museum for art, architecture and design on behalf of the Ministry of Culture.
The project's gross area is 54 600 m². The project is situated at ‘Vestbanetomten’ at the City Hall Square in Oslo.
The new national museum shall appear as a profiled cultural building and shall give Norway a considerable international position in visual art. The museum shall be a new and vital meeting point for the general public and the art. The architect company Kleihues + Schuwerk Gesellschaft von Architekten mbH is the architect for the project. Rambøll Norge AS is the consultant engineer and will cover the necessary disciplines.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Documentation:
Company Registration Certificate: foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
It is required that the tenderer has sufficient
financial implementation ability.
The extent of the size will also be emphasised.

Complete financial statements for the last year, including the audit report, alternatively StartBANK ID.
The Directorate of Public Construction and Property reserves the right to carry out a credit rating of all tenderers.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with a comparative value. Comparative value is in this context defined as tenderers with experience from corresponding projects.
2. The tenderer shall have sufficient experience with engineering design for doors and assignments of comparative value. Comparative value is in this context defined as engineering design for doors/locks and fittings of relevant nature and complexity.
