An ITB Coordinator shall be provided in this assignment, H145, who will be responsible for ITB coordination. The ITB Coordinator will be a part of the project's completion group and will report to the Project Manager for completion. Coordination and quality assurance are significant assignments for the ITB Coordinator, whilst each of the contract parties will ensure that the integration of their deliveries with the other technical installations is in accordance with the contractual specifications.
The project intends to follow:
— NS 6450:2016 Commissioning and trial operation of technical building installations,
— NS 3935:2011 Integrated technical building installations (ITB),
— ‘Guidelines for Systematic Completion’, issued by BA2015.
The assignments will mostly be for the project's final phases with production and completion.

The ITB standard establishes the term ITB manager. In PNN we use the term ITB Coordinator for the position, which largely has the same assignments.
— The ITB Coordinator shall check that the interfaces between the different deliveries of the technical systems are in accordance with the building project's specifications, both technically and functionally. It is up to the ITB Coordinator to verify that the necessary communication/transmission of signals and data between the technical systems is possible in a cost efficient and future-orientated way, so that the building's specified functions are fulfilled.

— The ITB Coordinator shall ensure that each contract party gets information that details the requirements that apply for connecting to other technical installations. Each contract party must work in sufficient resources for interface clarification, implementation and testing in their tender.

An assistant ITB Coordinator shall be offered as an option. An assistance ITB Coordinator shall be offered as an option to complete the ITB assignments if needed.

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Documentation:
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the business is registered.

Satisfactory solidity and the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract are required.
Documentation:
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures.
The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain your credit evaluation.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have a secure implementation ability (capacity).
Considerable experience is required from similar assignments and projects, including experience from testing and commissioning control plants, technical installations or process installations.
Documentation:
Overview of the number of employees in the company, divided between administration and production. Companies with only one employee, who can fulfil this assignment, must enclose a written contract entered into with a different company, verifying that this company will take over the contractual obligations in the event of illness/death.
