tenders for equipment units included in procurement group K951 Storage cupboards for chemicals and hazardous goods.
Procurement group K951 consists of the following units:
— Ventilated chemical and fireproof cupboards with 8 varieties of chemical and fireproof cupboards.
— Ventilated gas flask cupboards with 2 varieties of gas flask cupboards.
These cupboards will together form the basis for the competition.
Procurement group K951 is announced/published as one competition. Tenders can only be submitted for the entire competition as stated in chapter 5.3 in this document. There will, therefore, be one contract for this procurement group.
Well-tested products are requested from the manufacturers and the tenderer's standard assortment.
The first storage cupboards shall be delivered and installed in summer 2018, the last units are to be delivered in the last quarter of 2019.
The equipment units in this competition will be placed in premises that belong to either The Norwegian Veterinary Institute or NMBU (The Norwegian University of Life Sciences). Consequently, the contracts will be handed over to these entities, with the relevant number of articles, for follow-up of conditions that will come into force after the equipment has been handed over to the Norwegian Veterinary Institute and NMBU respectively. This applies, amongst other things, to the tenderer's warranty obligations and/or follow-up of conditions related to claims.

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The extent of the size will also be emphasised.
Complete financial statements for the last year, including the audit report, alternatively StartBANK ID.
The Directorate of Public Construction and Property reserves the right to carry out a credit rating of all tenderers.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers are required to have experience from projects with comparative value.
An overview shall be enclosed of relevant reference places (within the last 3 years) where the offered equipment is in equivalent operation (laboratory, university or research environment).
Tenderers are required to have sufficient capacity to fulfil the assignment.
An overview of the organisation shall be enclosed, with a statement of relevant persons who will be involved, which shows that the tenderer has the necessary resources at his disposal (capacity, competence, tools and working capital etc.) for the execution of the assignment.
