Procurement group K923.14 consists of 4 different types of exhaust hoods and one type of ventilated surgical benches, which is the basis for the competition.
‘Large’ exhaust hood with a hatch and bushing for electrical cables.
‘Small’ exhaust hood for placement on benches and above sinks.
‘Special system 1’, suction for microscopes.
‘Special system 2’ exhaust hood with a raising/lowering mechanism.
Ventilated surgical benches (small rodents) with downwards orientated suction.
Procurement group K923.14 is announced as a restricted competition with negotiations. Tenders can be submitted for the individual groups of articles in the competition, as stated in chapter 5.3 in the Tender Invitation. There can, therefore, be several contracts within this procurement group.

The exhaust hoods and ventilated surgical benches shall be delivered and installed from August 2018 and into 2019, with a start of the trial operational period at the end of 2019, as shown in the table in chapter 2.2 in the Tender Invitation.
The equipment units in this competition will be placed in premises that belong to either The Norwegian Veterinary Institute or NMBU (The Norwegian University of Life Sciences). Consequently, the contracts will be handed over to these entities, with the relevant number of articles, for follow-up of conditions that will come into force after the equipment has been handed over to the Norwegian Veterinary Institute or NMBU. This concerns the tenderer's warranty obligations and/or follow-up of conditions related to claims.
