About tenders for equipment units that are part of the Procurement group K911.14 Examination tables.
The basis for the tender contest is procurement group K911.14 for 10 types of examination tables of different quality. These types are divided into three sub-groups:
K911.14-01 Examination tables, various types
K911.14-02 Examination tables with supply columns
K911.14-03 Examination tables, dual ceiling mounted
Procurement group 911.14 is announced/published as one competition. It is possible to submit a tender on the entire competition or parts of the competition as stated under chapter 5.3 in this document. There can, therefore, be three contracts within this procurement group.

Well-tested products are requested for the examination tables, from the manufacturers and the tenderer's standard assortment.
The examination tables with building and installation couplings shall be delivered and installed during the first 6 months of 2019, and the remaining shall be delivered by autumn 2019.
The equipment units in this competition will be placed in premises that belong to either The Norwegian Veterinary Institute or NMBU (The Norwegian University of Life Sciences). The contracts will then be handed over to the entity for follow-up of conditions that occur after the equipment has been handed over to the Veterinary Institute.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers are required to have experience from projects with comparative value.
An overview shall be enclosed of relevant reference places (within the last 3 years) where the offered equipment is in equivalent operation (laboratory, university or research environment).
Tenderers are required to have sufficient capacity to fulfil the assignment.
An overview of the organisation shall be enclosed, with a statement of relevant persons who will be involved, which shows that the tenderer has the necessary resources at his disposal (capacity, competence, tools and working capital etc.) for the implementation of the assignment.
