Anskaffelsens omfang
Kort beskrivelse:

Structural fitting work including deliveries of structural work within the facades, including the necessary rigging for the contract.

The work includes all non-supporting internal walls, covering the inside of the climate wall, internal glass panels and system walls in office areas, doors, locks and fittings, ceilings, floor systems and coverings, tiling and painting work, as well as various types of coverings. The fixed fittings include reception fittings, kitchen and cloakrooms. Crane beams, refrigeration rooms and some special fittings shall be delivered for the special rooms and animal facilities.

In addition, the delivery includes supporting systems for heavy fittings such as ultra-freezers and supporting systems for aggregates that are assembled above each other in high technical rooms. The contract also includes areas with corridors, steel grate covers, mezzanine floors, inspection covers in steel or concrete shafts and a joint suspension system for technical installations.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Requirement: Tenderers are required to be a legally established company.

Documentation: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate determined by the law in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

Tax and VAT certificates:

Norwegian tenderers who are awarded a contract shall submit a joint tax certificate (tax, advance tax deduction, attachment of earnings employer contribution) and VAT (Tax certificate).

The tax certificate can be ordered from Altinn. The certificate must not be more than 6 months from the tender deadline.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: Tenderers shall have sound financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, will be emphasised.

Documentation: Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.

Statsbygg reserves the right to ask for the annual accounts with the boards and auditor's reports.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: 1. Good experience is required from assignments of an equivalent character and complexity, such as hospitals, laboratory buildings or similar.

Particularly relevant trades are:

— Carpenters and joiners.

— Door assembly.

— Assembly of prefabricated elements.

— Wallpapering.

2. Good experience is required with SHA and experience with seeing to the main company function.

3. Experience is required with the use of BIM in the construction phase.

Documentation: 1. A description shall be provided, on approx. one A4 page per project, for up at least two and up to four reference projects of comparative value, with information on, i.a.:

— The project name.

— Contracting authority.

— The project's size in m² and cost.

— Type of building.

— Contract value of the assignment.

— Content in the contract

— Start-up date and completion date

— Contract form

2. Description of experience related to SHA. Approx. 1 A4 page

3. Description of experience with adapting for digital interaction and the use of BIM in the tenderer's own organisation and active use of digital tools for interacting in the construction workplace (multi-disciplinary coordination, reporting errors etc.).

The tenderer's experience shall be assessed during the qualification evaluation. Individual persons'CVs and references will not be requested.
