The Directorate of Public Construction and Property (henceforth also referred to as Statsbygg) requests, in connection with project:
1000501 — SLP — Campus Ås SLP
for tenders for Contract no. K304 Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system.
Contract no. K304 Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system includes a complete air treatment system that operates all buildings (except building 143). One Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning generator with accompanying channel network. The network only operates building 142. The generator is physically located in building 143. The contract includes all standard ventilation systems with generators, channels, components, valves, filters, HEPA filters, vents, special flues, etc. The contract also includes air intake filters and discharge air above roofs. Central vacuum cleaning systems and vacuum systems for degassing anaesthesia gases from surgeries are also included in the delivery. Including complete regulators of ventilation for laboratories. The installation of laboratory equipment (fume cupboards, safety benches, cupboards for chemicals, etc.) included in other contracts shall also included. Combined, the buildings have a footprint of approx. 27 700 m²

Options; c.f. point 2.2 in the tender form. The tenderer shall give Statsbygg an option for a fixed price supplement for cost development.
Service agreement for the Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system, annual service costs.
Laboratory control — type 1; rapid response.
Laboratory control — type 2; normal response.
Adiabatic cooling with a nozzle system.
Ventilation filters (panel filters).

Requirement:
The tenderer is required to be a legally established company.
Documentation:
Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate determined by the law in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
A Norwegian tenderer awarded the contract shall submit a joint tax certificate (tax, advance tax deduction, attachment of earnings, employer contribution) and VAT (Tax certificate).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement:
The tenderer shall have sufficient financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, will be emphasised.
Documentation:
Statsbygg will obtain credit appraisal of the tenderers.
Statsbygg reserves the right to request annual accounts with the board and auditor's reports.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement:
1) Experience is required from assignments of an equivalent character and complexity. I.e. hospitals, laboratory buildings, etc.
2) Good experience is required with SHA (Safety, health and the work environment)
3) Experience with the use of building information modeling (BIM) in the construction phase.
Documentation:
1) A description shall be provided, on approx. one A4 page per project, for up at least 2 and up to 4 reference projects of comparative value, with information on, i.a.:
— the name of the project.
— contracting authority.
— the project's size in m² and cost.
— type of building.
— The assignment's contract value excluding VAT.
— content in the contract.
— start date and completion date.
— Contract form.
2) Description of experience and competence related to HSE. Approx. 1 A4 page.
3) Description of experience with adapting for digital interaction and the use of BIM in the tendereer's own organisation and active use of digital tools for interacting in the construction workplace (multi-disciplinary coordination, reporting errors etc.).
