The Directorate of Public Construction and Property (henceforth also referred to as Statsbygg) requests, in connection with project:

1000501 — SLP — Campus Ås

Statsbygg hereby invites tenders for the contract: K401 Electrical power and telecommunication.

Contract K401 Electrical power and telecommunication includes complete electrical engineering installation (all systems) for all buildings. The contract also includes the delivery of an electrical system in connection with contracts K700 (Outdoor facilities) and K461 (an external backup power supply system at the Fish laboratory close to V4 and Nordskogen). Combined, the buildings have a footprint of approx. 27 700 m²

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

Options, c.f. points 2.2. and 3 in the tender form containing a detailed description.

The tenderer shall give Statsbygg an option for a fixed price supplement for cost development.

Point 3.1 Various lighting fixtures with special light sources, a total of 255 units

Services in connection with use, operation and maintenance A service agreement for emergency lights from and including the second year.

Electric heaters; 12 units

Various UPS: Monitoring the batteries, synchronising and a stand-by agreement

Fire alarm system

Access control

Service in connection with use, operation and maintenance, ITV VI from and including the second year.

Requirement:

The tenderer is required to be a legally established company.

Documentation:

Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate determined by the law in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

Norwegian tenderers awarded the contract shall submit a joint tax certificate (tax, advance tax deduction, attachment of earnings employer contribution) and VAT (Tax certificate).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement:

The tenderer shall have sound financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, will be emphasised.

Documentation:

Statsbygg will obtain credit appraisal of the tenderer.

Statsbygg reserves the right to request annual accounts with the board and auditor's reports.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement:

The tenderer shall have good experience from assignments with a transfer value from assignments with comparable value to this contract, such as:

1) Tenderers shall have carried out work of an equivalent character in projects of at least 15 000 m²

2) Tenderers shall have experience from hospital assignments.

3) The tenderer shall have experience and competence with safety, health and work environment work.

4) Experience with the use of Building Information Modelingi n the construction phase.

Documentation:

A description shall be provided, on approx. one A4 page per project, for up at least two and up to four reference projects of comparative value, with information on, i.a.:

— the name of the project.

— contracting authority.

— the project's size in m² and cost.

— type of building.

— The assignment's contract value excluding VAT.

— content in the contract.

— start date and completion date.

— Contract form.

Description of experience and competence related to HSE. Approx. 1 A4 page.

Re. 4:

Description of experience with adapting for digital interaction and the use of BIM in the tendereer's own organisation and active use of digital tools for interacting in the construction workplace (multi-disciplinary coordination, reporting errors etc.).

The contractor's experience and competence shall be assessed during the qualification evaluation. Individual persons'CVs and references will not be requested.
