tenders for contract:
K279 Laboratory fixtures.
Contract K279 Laboratory fixtures is for fixtures for the laboratory and clinic areas at Campus Ås. The fixtures shall also be used within an incasement area, as well as a department for morphology and animals used for experiments.
The contract includes laboratory fixtures such as benches, top and bottom cupboards, tall cupboards etc. Fixtures for the accompanying cloakrooms within the areas are also to be delivered under the contract.
Some fixtures have an interface with technical contracts, such as, amongst other things, laboratory benches with a basin, installation bridges and electricity channels, lighting, ICT and gas, flexible point suction in top cupboards, ventilated cupboards of varying types, drying cupboards, sound insulated tall cupboards with dust control, ventilated pierceable cupboards with interlock/cooled pierceable cupboards.

The contract also includes special fixtures that are in teaching laboratories and a dissection room.
The fixtures shall be used within both classified and non-classified areas, of which most shall be used within BSL2/GMO2 classified areas. Incasement areas, isolation blocks and other special areas shall be able to handle regular gassing and hard cleaning agents, a so-called ‘red gassing zone’. An overview of the classified areas and gassing zones are in the tender documentation.

In addition to the laboratory fixtures delivered by K279, we have three other building contracts, which will run parallel to this. These are the following:

— K240 Constructional fixtures work for buildings

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Option prices are wanted for extra fixture elements in an incasement area, as well as pierceable cupboards from a standard assortment, in chapter 24 Permanent building fixtures. Option prices are wanted in chapter 30 HVAC and sanitary installations for fittings and installations that shall prevent and monitor damage from leaks.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate determined by the law in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer shall have sound financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, will be emphasised.
Statsbygg will obtain credit appraisal of the tenderer.
Statsbygg reserves the right to request annual accounts with the board and auditor's reports.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
3.1 Implementation ability.
The tenderer's company shall have an organisation and size, including production capacity, which ensures implementation within the project's framework.
The tenderer's total manpower overview and an organisation plan at company level.
A description of the tenderer's technical personnel or technical units the tenderer has at his disposition to fulfil the contract, including production, regardless of whether they belong to the company or not, especially those responsible for the quality control.

3.2 Quality assurance
Tenderers shall have an established quality assurance system.

3.3 Competence and experience.
Tenderers are required to have good experience from assignments with a comparable value to this project, including:
1 Have produced, delivered and assembled laboratory fixtures for projects with an equivalent character and complexity.
2. Have delivered fixtures of a quality that fulfil high requirements for materials and cleaning friendliness.
A description must be delivered of approx. 1 A4 page per project, with a minimum of 2 and up to 4 reference projects, which together meet the requirements in point 3.3, with information on, amongst other things:
— the name of the project,
— contracting authority,
— the project's size in m² and cost,
— type of building,
— the assignment's contract value excluding VAT,
— type of contract,
— start-up date and completion date (year).
Applies for all of point 3.
NB! If the elements are not manufactured by the tenderer himself, the element manufacturer shall be considered as a sub-contractor and a commitment statement in addition to documentation showing compliance with the requirement must be submitted (see the below text).
