Tenders for contract:

K302 Heating and Cooling installations.

Contract K302 includes complete installations for heating, comfort cooling and process cooling for all the buildings (except building 143).

Varme:

The contract includes heating for radiators, convectors, air heaters, recycled air systems, underfloor heating, heater batteries in air treatment aggregates and snow melting. The main heat source will be recycled heat from several of the different process installations at SLP, as well as heat from the condensation side of the cooling machines. District heating will be used as top-load and back-up. The contract includes the supply of heating for building 143, with interface with another contract in the facade.

Cooling:

The contract includes a complete cooling centre with 3 cooling machines with ammoniac as the cooling medium, thermal cold storage with 3 buried tanks with PCM elements (phase changing material) and a dry cold park on the roof for dumping excess heat. The delivery includes the supply of ice water to cooling batteries in air treatment aggregates, fan coils, cooling vents and computer room coolers. The delivery also includes process cooling for ultra-freezers, refrigeration room and freezer room, as well as cooling for rooms with heat producing processes and equipment such as autoclaves, MR, battery rooms, main distribution and lye hydrolysis. The contract also includes the supply of comfort and process cooling for building 143, with interface with another contract in the facade.

The contract succeeds 2 prior framework contracts K210-1 framework part 1 and K210-2 framework part 2 and a construction contract K230 sealed building. K240 Structural fitting work, which includes the complete delivery of all construction work within the facades, will be carried out coordinated with the technical contracts based on a joint progress plan.

Combined, the buildings have a footprint of approx. 27 700 m

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The tenderer shall give Statsbygg an option for a fixed price supplement. This means that the tenderer takes on the risk of fluctuations in wages, prices, social expenses etc. from the tender date to the agreed completion for a fixed price. If an option is taken up, the fixed price supplement shall be included as a part of the contract sum and divided between the instalment notes in accordance with the invoice plan.

Tenderers shall offer a service and maintenance contract in accordance with document 3-11 Service and Maintenance Contracts in book 3 and items in book 1. A 5 year service contract will form the basis for the evaluation, i.e. an annual service cost multiplied by 5.

The contract follows two prior framework contracts; no. K210-1 Framework contract part 1 and K210-2 Framework contract.

Part 2 and a structural contract no. K230; Weatherproof building K240 Furnishing works for buildings.

Which includes the complete delivery of all construction work within the facades, will be carried out coordinated with the technical contracts based on a joint progress plan.

Combined, the buildings have a footprint of approx. 27 700 m2. The buildings go from U3 to level 4, and lie in sloping terrain so that level U2 and level 1 have exits to the terrain. Large part of U2 are situated with facades against the terrain. U3 is completely under ground and consists mainly of culverts under a limited part of the building.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The tenderer shall give Statsbygg an option for a fixed price supplement. This means that the tenderer takes on the risk of fluctuations in wages, prices, social expenses etc. from the tender date to the agreed completion for a fixed price. Triggered options, if any, the fixed additional charge shall be included as a part of the contract value and divided between the instalment invoices in accordance with the invoicing schedule.

The tenderer shall offer a service and maintenance agreement in accordance with the document 3-11 Service and maintenance agreements in Book 3 and posts in book 1. The evaluation will be based on a 5 year service agreement, i.e. the annual service cost shall be multiplied with 5.
