GIEK needs to hire assistance for the procurement and implementation of a CRM system. At first the project manager shall be responsible for the procurement for the CRM system in cooperation with GIEK, with the tenderer having responsibility for, amongst other things, preparing the requirement specifications. The work shall start immediately after the contract has been signed, estimated to the end of October this year.
The contract will include an option for project management for the implementation of the chosen system. The implementation shall be in 2018 and 2019.
