The supplier/shipyard shall, before payment is made, provide a guarantee for the entire contract amount, with 16 % interest per annum. in the event of the delivery not taking place.
Hovedfinansieringsvilkår og betalingsordninger og/eller henvisning til relevante bestemmelser som regulerer dem:
Payment:
— 5 % of the contract sum shall be paid when the contract is signed, this date is to be understood as the date the shipyard is informed that the competent company organs have approved the contract;
— 30 % at the start of the construction;
— 30 % when the hull is completed;
— 30 % upon delivery;
— 5 % pr. 30 days after hand over.
At the same time the ship is delivered, a supplement is also to be paid or deductions are to be made in accordance with the contract's provisions.
