Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.

Documentation:

Tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months.

Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

The tenderer must have a functioning HSE system.

HSE self-declaration, see the separate annex.

Tenderers shall be a legally established company.

Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.

Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.

Documentation:

Auditor statement for the accounts 2015.

If for valid reasons the tenderer is unable to submit the documentation as requested by the Contracting Authority, the tenderer may prove the economic and financial standing with any other document that the Contracting Authority is able to accept.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have experience from a minimum of 1 similar contract during the last 3 years. Similar means winter maintenance/snow clearing on roads.

Documentation:

Description of a minimum of 1 most relevant contract during the last 3 years. The description must include the contract value, date and recipient (name, telephone no. and e-mail address). References must be contactable if necessary, to clarify the relevance of the contract. However, it is the tenderer´s responsibility to provide a description substantiating relevance.

Tenderers shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity.

Information on the company, drivers, certificates, and other necessary public licences, machines and equipment, use the attached form.

A deputy shall be named for the permanent driver.

Any sub-suppliers shall fulfil and document all the qualification requirements.

Minimum requirement for equipment.

Minimum requirement for tractors: 100 HK. In addition to this, the contracting authority will decide what type of equipment is most suitable for each area.
