Option for participation:

The following participants have an option for participation:

— Buskerud county,

— Telemark county,

— Røyken municipality.

Option for lubrication and chemistry products:

Tenderers shall submit a tender for lubricants and chemistry products. Offered discounts will not be evaluated, but they will be binding for the tenderer in the contract period.

Option for service of fuel installations:

Tenderers can submit a voluntary tender for an option for service of fuel installations. Prices will not be evaluated, but will be binding for the tenderer in the contract period.

About the Qualification Requirement: Norwegian tenderers shall enclose a certificate tax and VAT. The certificate shall be within the tender deadline expiry and shall not be more than 6 months old calculated form the tender deadline expiry. The tenderer must not have substantial arrears. Any arrears must be justified separately.

Foreign tenderers must submit proof that the company has fulfilled its obligations regarding the payment of social security contributions and duties in accordance with the legal provisions in the country where the tenderer is established, or in Norway. A certificate issued by the relevant authority in the tenderer's home country will be seen as adequate. When the tenderer's home country does not issue such documents or certificates, they can be replaced by a declaration given by a legal or administrative authority, a notarius publicus (notary) or other competent authority in the home country.

Tax and VAT certificates:

About the qualification requirement: The Contracting Authority requires the tenderer to have a legally established company.

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises.

Foreign companies: Documentation that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law.
