About the Qualification Requirement: Norwegian tenderers shall enclose a certificate tax and VAT. The certificate shall be within the tender deadline expiry and shall not be more than six months old calculated form the tender deadline expiry. The tenderer must not have substantial arrears. Any arrears must be justified separately.

Foreign tenderers must submit proof that the company has fulfilled its obligations regarding the payment of social security contributions and duties in accordance with the legal provisions in the country where the tenderer is established, or in Norway. A certificate issued by the relevant authority in the tenderer's home country will be seen as adequate. When the tenderer's home country does not issue such documents or certificates, they can be replaced by a declaration given by a legal or administrative authority, a notarius publicus [notary] or other competent authority in the home country.

About the qualification requirement: The Contracting Authority requires that the tenderer has a good degree of coverage in the agreement area.
The tenderer must have a good degree of coverage in the geographical agree the agreement concerns. Station overview is attached. If sub-suppliers are used, a statement of obligation shall be attached.
