The Contracting Authority shall go to procurement of framework agreement on electrical power, physical delivery and portfolio management. The delivery also comprises electricity to municipal road lighting.The procurement has an annual power volume of approx. 290 GWH and includes several 1 000 measuring points.The stated scope is estimates based on consumption statistics. There are no guarantees for any of the estimates stated in the tender documentation, nor the estimates used for weighting prices and other criteria.
