Fauske Eiendom KF shall implement an open tender contest for the construction of a new school in Valnesfjord, Fauske municipality.
1 main contract with 6 sub-contracts shall be executed in connection with the construction of the school. See the organisation plan. Separate tender contests will be held for all contracts.
This tender contest applies to Contract EP 07, outdoor works. The contract will be transferred to the main contract when contract is signed with the main contractor.
When the transfer of this contract is done, the contractual relationship between the contractor and the Contracting Authority is concluded. The winner of this tender contest will now be the main contractor's sub-contractor, c.f. NS 8405, point 16.1, the last but 1 paragraph.

Requirement: The tenderer shall be a legally established company and registered in a trade register or other company register, e.g. the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
Documentation: Company registration certificate; confirmation of registration in a company register. Foreign companies: Certificate of registration in a trade register or other Registers of Business Enterprises as described in the law in the country where the supplier and/or his sub suppliers are established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: The supplier shall have the tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation: Certificate from the chief municipal treasurer (tax, advance payment, garnishments, employer's contributions).
Certificate from the tax collector in the relevant county (VAT).
Foreign companies: Certificate issued by the relevant authority in the tenderer's country that confirms that the tenderer has fulfilled his obligations regarding the payment of duties in accordance with the legal provisions in his home country.
The certificates should not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.
Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment.
Documentation: Auditor approved accounts with report for the recent year. If a tenderer has further information that ought to be taken into consideration, this is to be enclosed.
The company's most recent Annual Report as well as description of any conditions from the current financial year which are of importance for the accounting figures.
Credit rating/rating, not older than 6 months, carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: The company shall meet the requirements of Norwegian legislation with regard to health, safety and the environment.
Documentation: HSE self-declaration in accordance with the current regulations.
The self-declaration shall not be older than 3 years from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
Requirement: The tenderer (company) must have the professional competence required for the implementation of the assignment, as well as experience from projects of equivalent complexity and scope.
Documentation: An overview of equivalent works that have been carried out in the last 5 years. The contract cost must be given.
Certificates from previous contracting authorities that show satisfactory execution of the most important works. The certificates shall state the work's value/contract cost, as well as the date and place of execution.
Minimum 2 certificates shall be presented. Failing this may result in rejection.
Requirement: The QA system. The tenderer must have a good and efficient quality assurance system.
Documentation: An account of the quality assurance system, internal control and HSE. Copy of a system certificate issued by an accredited certifying body or equivalent documentation/an account of the quality assurance system.
Requirement: The tenderer shall be an approved apprentice company.
Documentation: The tenderer shall enclose documentation verifying that he is an approved apprentice company.
