A site inspection will be held 8.2.2016, 14:30, at Briskebyveien 7. Meet in the school yard. Travel expenses, etc. for the site inspection/information meeting are to be covered by the individual tenderers. The tenderers must bring their own protective equipment, such as helmets, protective shoes and I.D for the inspection.

Anskaffelsens omfang
Kort beskrivelse:
The project includes 3 of the school buildings: the Activity school (AKS) building, the gym building and the main building. The administration building shall not be subject to reconstruction.
The 2 oldest buildings are constructed in the period from 1880 until 1920. The AKS building was constructed in 1995. The total area of the buildings is approx. 9 400 m
The project shall be implemented as a general contract with the school partly in operation.
The construction period is from the summer of 2016 until the summer of 2019.
Stage 1: The AKS building and the gym building shall be reconstructed in stage 1 from June 2016 until September 2017. There will be no students in these buildings. At the same time, new technical rooms shall be established in the basement of the main building. In this building the adjacent floors will be in operation. The infrastructure in the school yard shall be renewed during summer holiday 2017.

Stage 2: The main building shall be reconstructed in stage 2 from October 2017 until July 2019. There will be no students in the main building. In this stage simultaneous construction works will be in process in the adjacent park where a new subterranean sports centre shall be constructed. This works shall be published in Doffin at a later date as a separate contract.

The relocation of students and furniture and fittings will taken care of by Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property.
The project shall contain the following:
— Installation of new technical systems: ventilation, heating, sanitation, sprinkler, low and high voltage, lifts and accompanying establishment of new technical rooms, new inlets and outlets on roofs/the facades;
— Replacement of all panelled ceiling, new internal doors and glass fields, new fixtures and new surface treatment on all surfaces;
— New infrastructure in the school yard and some upgrading of the school yard;
— New windows in the gym building and some new windows in the AKS and main building;
— New transformer;
— Upgrading and supplementing toilets and changing rooms.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— A tax and duties certificate is to be delivered with the tender offer, showing the status for payment of tax, tax reductions, attachment of earnings, employer contribution and VAT. Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries should submit equivalent certificates. Missing tax and duties certificates results in rejection of the tender offer. The certificate must not be older than 6 months, calculated from the day the certificates are to be in the Contracting Authority's possession. The provisions regarding tax and duties certificate (s) shall apply equally to all underlying sub providers relationships.

— Signed full authority that gives Oslo kommune an expanded right to an unlimited number of times to collect information about their tenderers and sub-tenderers, tax and duties conditions, stated in the full authority. Together with a signed full authority, colour copies of the following documents should be sent in: passport, bank card, drivers license or national ID card (the last named is for citizens in EU/EEA/EFTA) for the person concerned who signs the full authority. — Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The entire credit rating report must be submitted, and it must contain key figures for the last 3 financial years. A rating should be carried out by an officially approved credit rating institution. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain a separate credit evaluation, if necessary. If the tenderer, due to valid reasons, cannot prove his financial position in accordance with the above listed documentation requirements, the Contracting Authority will evaluate other appropriate documentation.
