The assignment comprises the upkeep of established green areas along, amongst other things, the E6 in Røra, along the E6 through Steinkjer/ Vistkrysset-Frøset-Sørsileiret- Nordsileiret- Egge- Sneve- Asphaugen. Along county road 762- county road 763 and along county road 759 at Lerkehaug. Also at Veldemelen along county road 17.
The green areas are side areas along national and county roads on the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's and the county's property.
The work includes the upkeep and care of primarily grass embankments, lawns, trees and bushes. Climbing plants and perennials can be found at some facilities.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contract period runs from 1.5.2017, 00:00 to 1.11.2020, 24:00 for all assignments.
If the builder takes up the option for a 12 month extension of the contract, the extended contract period will run until 1.11.2021, 24:00.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
1. Tax certificates.
Tax and VAT certificates, not older than six months, shall be enclosed with the tender.
2. Working partnership: declaration of joint and several liability.
If the tenderer is a working partnership, a declaration of joint and several liability to the builder and third parties must be enclosed with the tender.
3. Systematic HSE work.
Tenderers shall have a system and routines that ensure that the HSE work is executed in a systematic manner in accordance with the internal control regulations, c.f. the confirmation in the E5 tender form.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
1. Equity. Solvency.
Tenderers are required to have positive equity. If the tenderer is a working partnership, the requirements apply for each of the participants.
Documentation requirement:
Documentation of equity is to be submitted the tender. Cf. chapter E2, point 4.3.1, form E2-4.3.1.
Documentation of any significant changes to the tenderer's equity and solvency compared to the last accounts audit must accompany the tender.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. Experiences from equivalent work. Reference projects.
The tenderer shall have experience from work of the same nature and degree of difficulty.
Documentation requirement:
Information on such shall be attached with the tender. Cf. chapter E2, point 4.1.1, form E2-4.1.1.
2. The builder's experiences. Reference projects.
NPRA and other builders' experiences with the tenderer will be appraised.
The tenderer is required to show references to relevant contracts that they themselves have carried out in a satisfactory manner.
Conditions which will be evaluated are related to, a.:
— documentation of completed quality,
— fulfilment of contracts,
— compliance with provisions and procedures for HSE,
— compliance with provisions for wages and working conditions,
— observance of deadlines,
— follow up during the warranty/claims period.
Information about contracts the tenderer has had in the last few years, with names of references at the contracting authority, shall accompany the tender. Cf. chapter E2, point 4.1.2, form E2-4.1.2.
Any assessment forms from previously completed contracts can also be included in the basis for the evaluation.
