Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tax and duty certificates shall be enclosed with the tender that show the status for the payment of:

— tax, advanced payments, garnishments, employers' national insurance contributions and VAT

Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries shall submit equivalent certificate(s).

A missing tax and VAT certificate will result in rejection of the tender. The certificates should not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline. The provisions regarding tax and duties certificate(s) shall apply equally to all underlying sub providers relationships.

Legally established company: a certificate of company registration, or an equivalent certificate as determined by the laws of the country where the tenderer is established, must be submitted.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit evaluation/rating, not older than three months, based on the last known accounting figures. The entire credit rating report must be submitted, and it must contain key figures for the last 3 financial years. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain a separate credit evaluation, if necessary.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— A list of the most important deliveries or executed assignments/services over the last three years, hereunder information on value, time frame, as well as name of the contracting authority (private or public). Services to public contracting authorities shall be documented by certificates issued or confirmed by the authority in question. If the service(s) were for private actors, the certificates shall be issued or confirmed by them.

— Information about education and professional qualifications at the tenderer and the company's administrative management

(competence matrix).

— Documentation that the tenderer is certified by the Norwegian Insurance Approval Board (FG) 760.

— A statement of the tenderer's average workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management during the last three years (can be the same document as the expertise matrix).

— A description of quality assurance methods. The tenderer's own description of such measures and/or presentation of the management system/quality assurance system, possibly certificates from a third party who confirms that the tenderer has such a system).

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— Competence and experience from equivalent assignments, including FG 760 certification.

— Sufficient capacity;

— Methods for quality assurance in the relevant disciplines.
