Helse Vest Innkjøp HF (The Regional Health Authority West, Procurements)

On behalf of Helse Bergen HF, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, Helse Vest Innkjøp HF intends to purchase a new universal fluoroscopy and X-ray stand with remote control and large detector for interim use in Marie Joys' house. During the next 6 to 8 years, the activity shall be moved to a new building, Barne og ungdomssykehuset, stage 2 (BUS2). It may be necessary to move the equipment then. Price and time for moving is requested as an option. In addition, we request an option on a large wireless detector.
In order to achieve a good frequency of use of the relevant equipment, we would also like to be able to carry out standard thorax examinations with minimum FFA at 1,5 metres.
See the attached drawing. It is not possible to change the room size/design. The ceiling in the room is not prepared for ceiling hung equipment. It must be possible to place the offered system directly in the available area.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Certificate for tax and for VAT. Issued by the Norwegian Tax Administration.
The certificate shall be issued on the Tax Directorate's form RF-1316 or another form that provides the same information.
— The certificates shall not show significant arrears. The certificate must be no older than 6 months from the submission date of the offer;
— Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones;
— Tenderers are required to be a legally established company. The tenderer can document this by submitting a copy of their Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies shall submit proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution.
The rating must be at least A or better, measured against the AAA Soliditet's scale — or equivalent score from another reputable rating company.
If a tenderer's credit rating is not satisfactory, for example, newly established companies with credit score AN. This can nevertheless be compensated by sufficient, unreserved guarantees from banks and/or controlling company with sufficient credit score.
