Oslo kommune c/o the Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property Oslo KF, hereby invites tenderers to an open tender competition in connection with skills increasing measures and activities for those who are involved in the development and implementation of construction projects in the Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property.
